Avneet graduated in 2010 from India and later on successfully completed his Master’s in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. He has over 10 years of experience working as a physiotherapist.

whiplash-associated disorders,
repetitive injuries,
running-related injuries,
shoulder impingement,
cervicogenic headaches,
and hip/pelvic alignment issues.
His treatments are tailor-made to your goals and the approach is usually a combination of patient education, specific exercise prescription, and re-establishing appropriate movement patterns to minimize the likelihood of injury re-occurrence.
He also has extensive experience in prescribing custom orthotics, to correct biomechanical faults and alleviating foot pain.
Avneet is certified in the use of dry needling called IMS for musculoskeletal pain. He has also been trained in advanced manual therapy called Mulligan technique. He has achieved exceptional results using Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy.

Edna is an RMT student who is passionate about improving the quality of life of individuals with pain and dysfunction. She enjoys helping people regain mobility and maximal function of their joints and tissues.
Edna believes that massage therapy can not only be beneficial in relaxing people but also stimulate the body to repair itself and grow stronger. She believes that massage can be used in tandem with other health professionals to hasten recovery post surgery. Massage in certain situations, may be used as an alternative to non-emergency surgical procedures.
A variety of techniques will be employed to treat conditions from chronic sore and tight muscles due to working at a desk all day to dysfunctions acquired from injuries. Edna would like to work with people who are looking for a solution for their chronic muscle soreness and pain through the use of gentle myofascial and Swedish techniques. Range of motion and strengthening exercises will also be utilized to aid in efforts of continuing patient care post-treatment.
